Today we will be serving from 2- who knows at Hop Hill Brewing!! We love it there, great beer and an awesome place to chill out and have some great Pizza and BBQ, that's right I said BBQ. Come on over and check out our homemade black garlic BBQ sauce. Sneak peak of todays menu, Smoked mac and cheese, pulled pork, pickled onions, topped with some Carolina BBQ sauce on our crust with gooey cheese!!! Do I need to say more?

We have a new thing!!!!!! Not ready yet, awaiting the new pizza oven to get finished, and it will be installed.
As the trailer is being torn apart my mind is looking to the future!!!
Pizza dough with everything bagel seasoning mixed in it, cold smoked salmon, cream cheese and caper sauce, topped with fresh tomato and red onion!! Optional asiago or provolone cheese.

P.F.G. Pizza will be taking a month off to do some work on our trailer and our menu. We have some exciting plans for the 2021 year! This spring we will be offering charcuterie boards, all homemade cured meats, local cheese from a kraft producer ( we are looking at a few, names to follow) , homemade dips and fresh local seasonal fruits. There will be an option to have one of the wooden cutting boards to take with you!! This is just one of the changes for this year, thanks to everyone that makes this possible!! We cannot wait to see everyone in a month or so.
