Mrs. L had a leak in her front room by the fireplace. She had a guy caulk it, but it kept leaking. She made an appointment with PGRS. Greg did a full inspection and found that there was a leak in the chimney pan and the flashing around the chimney was not installed correctly. Our team had it fixed in a couple of hours. We were able to show Mrs. L before, during and after pictures of her repair. Mrs. L’s home is now leak-free once again.

Mrs. M is moving into the home that her father had left her. She has been updating the inside and wanted to make the outside maintenance free. PGRS helped her with this project by removing the old small gutters, replacing any rotted trim boards, and installing new 6" gutters and LeaFree Gutter protection. Now Mrs. M can enjoy her home without worrying about the gutters.

Mr. and Mrs. B called PGRS because they had some rotted cedar siding that needed to be replaced. They also had a leak around the chimney. A PGRS Project Consultant walked around the house with Mr. B as he pointed out areas of concern, took notes and was able to offer solutions for all the different concerns Mr. B had about his home. After viewing the options and prices Mr. and Mrs. B decided to have a new roof installed, the bad areas of siding replaced, and the house painted. Mr. B said he is extremely happy with the results and they accomplished everything they needed to get done before retirement.

Mr. M called PGRS for an appointment to inspect his gutters.
When Greg arrived, he could see the gutters hanging off the home. Mr. M said he had back surgery 6 months ago and would no longer be able to get on a ladder and fix his gutters. He said the gutters were too small and were never leveled correctly, so they overflowed when it rained. Greg gave him a price for our larger 6" Seamless Aluminum Gutters and large downspouts. When our crew finished, Mr. M said he loved how the new white gutters trimmed out his home and thanked us for the excellent job.

Mr. M had worked with PGRS in the past on some commercial projects, and now needed some help on his own home. He had been having some gutter issues along the front of his home for some time and was now ready to take care of it before causing much more damage. He had T.J. come out to provide him some options for gutters, fascia and soffit repairs, and gutter protection. After some consideration Mr. M decided to remove the old gutters and make repairs to the soffit and fascia himself and have PGRS install the new gutters and downspouts. Mr. M's soffit and fascia are now whole once again, and he has a properly functioning gutter system across the front of his home.

Mr. R is a previous customer who had a great experience with PGRS before so when he was ready to address some siding and stain on his work shed, he called the pros at PGRS. His consultant, Steve, identified the cedar boards and fascia that needed to be replaced and provided a solution to repair and stain Mr. R's cedar shed. Mr. R agreed on what needed to be repaired and now his shed is as good as new!

Mr. G is a previous customer and when he started to experience a roof leak, he called PGRS. His project consultant, Steve, met with him and provided a thorough inspection of the roof and attic and saw that the water was coming in alongside one of the dormers. Steve showed him how the water was finding its way in and provided a solution to properly step flash the area of the leak along with replacing the damaged wood and installing Ice & Water shield as an added layer of protection. Mr. G agreed that was the best solution and now he has a leak free roof!

Mr. P had his roof done 2 years ago by another contractor. Mr. P had a terrible experience and now the install is failing, and he wants a new roof done the proper way. Davin met with Mr. P and took his needs and concerns into consideration when providing him a quote for a beautiful new roofing system.
