Clients, colleagues and staff,
The safety and well being of everyone we work with is always a top priority at Phase III Builders, Inc. We are doing out best to address the current situation of Coronavirus in order to prevent the spread of this virus. Phase III Builders is open for business. We are asking everyone to limit guest visits to our office and we have instructed office staff to work remotely from home. In addition, our staff has been instructed to take all precautions possible as instructed by the CDC including staying at home if sick, get tested if you show symptoms, reporting illness to our HR department, avoid physical contact as well as practicing social distancing and frequent hand washing. All work on construction project sites will be discussed with individual clients to come up with a plan on how they wish to proceed. We thank you for your continued support and understanding during these difficult times. Stay safe everyone!

This was truly a team effort and the team worked tirelessly to bring us to the beautiful official ribbon cutting we held yesterday. Thank you each for your sacrifice, your big thinking and your faith in us
at SSYC. Because of each of you and the role you played, the lives of children and families that come through our programs for decades will be forever changed. Your indelible hand print will forever
be on this center and together, we have taken the steps to insure the future generation of our country.
