Dr. Gallagher provides testing, shots, and treatment for asthma and allergies of all types, including bee, peanut, and penicillin allergies. He leads the Allergy Section of the Department of Medicine of AHN Saint Vincent. He is a member of the Advisory Task Force for Highmark.
Dr. Gallagher received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He received further training with a fellowship in pediatric allergy, immunology, and pulmonary diseases at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina.
Dr. Gallagher is certified by American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allegheny and Immunology. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Allergy and Asthma Association and other state and national medical societies. He has published and presented abstracts on asthma and allergies.
