Responsibilities:
Create Invoices and Bols for shipment
Process paperwork from phone and email for outgoing shipments
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Create and process daily and monthly customer invoices
Process and record paid invoices
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Basic filing of paperwork and employee information
Basic daily scheduling for trucking and warehouse
Qualifications:
Previous experience in creating invoices and processing payment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong Computer skills
