I was on TV!!!
There's a show on Netflix called "A User's Guide to Cheating Death". I'm on Episode 4 starting about 29 minutes. It shows me helping Jimmy start losing weight using the KE Diet, then continuing with the low carbohydrate lifestyle. This is what I've been doing myself since 2012. 61 pounds of fat gone and it's never coming back! - Unless I start eating carbs again which is not going to happen. Check it out!
