Mission Moment: thought I would share please pass kudos on to your team. [redacted] was at [redacted] and somewhat of a challenging pick up in that family were wavering on discharge disposition while transporters were on site. With the decision to finally transfer to [redacted]. Then the spouse questioned if they could bring the family dog to the IPU of which there are restrictions on this given COVID. The transporters over hearing this then presented the option to stop at the residence first so the patient could see his dog one last time then proceed with tx to [redacted]. What a beautiful story during these most challenging of times and with consideration of how busy our lives can become. Many thanks to your crew at Physicians!
