Chino Valley Police Department September 30 at 11:17 AM · Who likes snow-cones? The kids at Territorial do. We heard best day ever! Repeatedly. We recently used donation money to invest in the community. We purchased a snow-cone machine and syrup. We've scheduled with local schools to appear on campus and hand out snow-cones to the students. Today we are at Territorial Early Childhood Center. Since hybrid learning is taking place and only half the students are on campus we will return tomorrow to get the other half of the students. Over the next few weeks we will be at other local schools to hand out snow-cones.

Mayor Kell Palguta October 22 at 8:22 PM · As many of you know one of mine and Council goals is to add sidewalks throughout Town. Council tonight approved a sidewalk to be added to Cattletrack Dr. making for a safe walking route for our students and families headed to Coyote Springs Elementary and Antelope Park. The best part is this is due solely to Staffs ability to aquire a CDBG Grant. I promise this will not be the last sidewalk added in town and certainly not the last connecting a local school to the community.

Prescott Valley Police Department October 20 at 9:00 AM · We continue to celebrate Arizona Cities & Towns Week by acknowledging the Prescott Valley Police Department! Our police department is comprised of highly trained individuals with a desire to serve their community. The Prescott Valley Police Department stepped up this year and gave back to their community in several ways. During the COVID-19 pandemic, officers participated in drive-by birthday parties, the BMHS drive-by graduation, and a drive-by procession to honor our local healthcare workers. They also gave their time by helping homebound citizens with their overgrown yards and grocery deliveries. They have continued to work with local organizations to hand out food boxes to families during this time of need. Our officers stepped up to the plate during this time and proved that they are heroes. AZ Cities
