Our studio offers pilates private sessions and semi-private classes from expert instructors who teach clients how to improve strength, tone, flexibility and alignment through proper movement and muscle use. Sessions are taught with personalized exercises, cues and corrections for each student using professional equipment to accelerate the benefits of Pilates.

Our beautiful studio is an upscale and peaceful environment to enjoy your training. The studio is equipped with professional Peak Pilates Equipment including a Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Towers, Chairs, Reformers and Barrels/Arcs. And a variety of props (balls, rollers, circles etc.) are also used to give clients a dynamic, well-rounded pilates experience. Three semi-private spaces are available for classes and private sessions.
