Pineoaks Community is looking for a highly motivated, and knowledgeable maintenance employee, some of their duties will be minor plumbing, electrical (such as installing home lights, outlets, changing a breaker), Lawn maintainence, general property duties. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, on call after hours and weekends only for emergencies(this is hardly ever) Paid holidays and 2 week vacation each year. Many benefit options.
