Y’all ... this is why I LOVE what I do. ❤️ Just received this text and video from a sweet daughter I helped last month. Her mom was living alone and needed meals and to be around others. Her text speaks for itself.
Kudos to Rhonda Bedrick at Pinewood Hills for always finding a way to have fun, even while socially distancing.

During Covid-19 protocols we want to remain connected with our Kitchen staff. A limited # of socially distanced residents in 2 sections met via a Zoom meeting with our Executive Chef, Shaun Hardcastle to discuss their likes & dislikes with meals. Chef is always happy to listen and honor residents requests.
Here at PWH we are all about staying informed! Our residents have enjoyed studying all about the local candidates and what their platforms are. Early Voting is happening and we are proud to be part of the count! #knowledgeispower

Pinewood Hills received this wagon full of goodies this morning from Live Oak Church! Erin & Bud delivered above & beyond for The resident auction in December. Many blessings will be received from these lovely donations. Thank you Live Oak Church!
For 8 years Pinewood Hills has sponsored a Veterans Day fundraiser. With Covid 19 we were not able to hold our annual event however, we did honor our Pinewood Hills Veterans, spouses of Veterans and extended family members of Veterans with an afternoon of gratitude. Our General Manager, Scott Allison began the day with handing the flag to the Flower Mound HS ROTC for the colors to be presented. The Lewisville Morning Rotary club brought a very special program to our Veterans and we ended our afternoon with a USO show performed by the ever beautiful and talented Rhonda Medina. Thank you to all!

The Grinch was up to his usual shenanigans today. He tried to steal both a FedEx and a UPS truck. 😳 AND Santa had to step in to stop him from stealing the Toys for Tots collection box! The Grinch finally settled down and behaved himself during the Pinewood Hills Holiday Parade.
THANK YOU to everyone who joined in the parade today and for your toy donations. The Toys for Tots box was overflowing and the Pinewood Hills residents LOVED the parade!!! ❤️

Woohoo!!! Look what just arrived. Our Transportation specialty, Tom officially checking this beauty in. The bus will offer space for 2 wheelchairs. Keeping mobile at Pinewood Hills.
