We have proudly partnered with the good folks at Chick-Fil-A and their Life & Legacy Experiences group for the past year. Here is a recent email from our treasured client:
"Katie and I are so grateful for the partnership we’ve developed over the past year with you and your team. After my parents passed away, I began dreaming of the Life & Legacy Experience for our staff at Chick-fil-A Support Center. I knew there would be many logistics that would need to fall into place to make this day remarkable for our participants. What a joy it’s been to have your team come alongside us to execute this experience 14 times this year with 166 participants total. We are so appreciative of your team’s contribution to support these special days!
Many, many, many thanks to Audrey who has risen to the top as our favorite driver! From the beginning, we appreciated Audrey’s kind spirit and welcoming smile. She learned the route quickly, which allowed us to focus on the programming and participants rather than the next turn. Time after time, Audrey drives with such care and concern, while also being efficient when dropping us off and picking us up at each stop. A few experiences ago, I noticed that Audrey was going the second mile by standing outside the bus to greet each participant as they loaded the bus for the first time. There have even been a few times when she’s altered her speed to set the pace for the video as participants are watching to ensure it ends just as we pull up to a location. She is mindful to every detail including the temperature of the bus and volume of the videos. At the end of the day, she often relays to Katie a key takeaway she had from the experience herself, which means while driving she’s also being attentive to everything I share and the group’s discussion, stewarding the experience well.
