Ohio bar and restaurant owners, Ohio's Department of Health released the new Health Order a few moments ago. As you will note, #s 6 & 7 maintain the status quo for the coin operated entrainment games in bars and restaurants. There is no prohibition on your equipment-it still may be played! Please note #3, the closure of areas of congregation and being seated at all times ONLY applies to banquet facilities, wedding receptions, and funerals. If you have questions, please let us know.
Bar owners, if you are harassed by any State or Health Official for using the coin operated amusement equipment provided by Pioneer Vending or any other provider, please show them this Settlement Agreement. As you probably know, the Governor is poised to once again shut down Ohio’s Hospitality Industry pursuant to his press conference Wednesday evening.
We need you to contact your local legislator. Please take 5 minutes to make just a couple of calls to your local legislator and to get your customers involved in the fight. We are at a crucial period to fight for our businesses and to save our locations from a devastating shutdown.
Below is a web link of Ohio House & Senate Members for you to call. Find the ones in your own area to call and please tell them your story and explain that bars and restaurants are not the problem. Urge them to contact Ohio's Governor to let him know they are not in favor of shutting down the hospitality industry!
