Meet Erin Insley! She's our HR Admin Assistant, and if you look closely, you should be able to discern what her favorite thing is to do, when she's not working. M-I-C...K-E-Y... M-O-U-S-E. (You sang that in your head, didn't you? ;-) ) She loves all things Disney and spending time with her family. And she brings that fun vibe with her to work everyday. Meet Bill Steinert, another one of our amazing HVAC technicians! After 15 years with Polar Air in Chicago, Bill and his wife and two young sons decided to head for a warmer climate in 2019, and Bill joined the Pipe Wrench family of HVAC technicians. Some of his favorite things about working for Pipe Wrench are the camaraderie, team atmosphere, family-friendly work-life balance, and that he never feels rushed to complete a job, but rather, he is able to deliver the best service and installation experience for the customer.
