Following county guidelines we have officially re-opened the resident fitness studio. Please make note of posted signage and follow necessary safety protocols. We plan on having it open 7 days a week 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
We are hoping we can keep it open for as long as possible now that the county is slowly transitioning to less restricted re-opening tiers.

The Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo has several programs available for seniors 60 and above and current funding for the city of Pismo Beach. If you need minor home repair, weatherization, or utility assistance. With winter fast approaching, now is a great time to weatherize your home.
CAPSLO can also assist with installation of grab bars or handrails, smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors, or handheld showerheads. In addition they can help with minor plumbing, carpentry, or electrical issues.

Bulletin Board Bingo starts on Monday, September 14.
Be sure to pick up your bingo card in the office by 5:00 pm Friday, September 11. We will be doing two games on one card.
The first is getting a bingo and verifying your numbers by bringing your marked card into the office. The second game will resume on the same bingo card and the winner must have two bingos and verify the numbers by bringing your marked card into the office.
Winners will be posted on the bulletin board and on our Facebook page. Good luck!

Beginning November 2nd we will be prepping and starting roadwork to resurface the front and rear community roads.
We want to clarify that the work will be done in sections so as to allow for the necessary entering and exiting of residents and proper road signs and guides will be posted.
As soon as we have a more precise map layout of where the contractors will begin working, we will send out a second detailing email to all current residents.

On December 3, 2020, Governor Newsom’s Office and the California Department of Public Health issued a Regional Stay At Home Order restricting non-essential travel and short-term lodging operations. The Southern California Region, in which this resort is located, triggered the order to go into effect as of December 6, 2020. Per this order, all Campgrounds may only accommodate Essential Workers, those who consider the property their primary residence, or stays longer than 14 days. Essential Workers are defined as “workers performing functions that are essential to maintain the continuity of operations for critical infrastructure.” This order applies to tent camping, cabin camping, and recreational-vehicle camping.
If you do not fall into one of these categories defined by the State of California, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate you at our RV Resort at this time.
We will be reaching out to you by phone as well. We hope to provide you the opportunity to stay with us in the future.

We’d like to inform you, starting tomorrow 1/26/2021 the Community Dog Park is back to regular use and there will no sign out sheet moving forward.
A proper face covering and distancing is required when using the dog park.
The library room will remain accessible at all hours as well, group activities are not allowed in this room.
