She has been a fixture here at Plates on Plates for I believe going on three years now and its awesome that she wants to take things to a new level and leave that comfort zone!! She will be coaching our new 6:30pm class starting Monday the 19th!! Speaking of new classes- we have added an 8am class Monday through Friday and a 6:30pm class Monday through Thursday, both starting on Monday the 19th! One of the key elements ,besides a good nights rest and nutrition, to a great workout is the WARMUP!! It does more than just increase your heart rate it also primes your body to move correctly and we all know that’s a key to help prevent injury. Our 5:00 AMRAP warmups may look random at times BUT I can promise that the exercises listed are for a specific reason. I know that life can be hectic more times than not but make sure you arrive to the gym in time for the COMPLETE warmup!!
