Monique Child, MD, is more than just a skilled pediatrician. She has served as a volunteer in places like Bolivia and even worked with the World Health Organization in Geneva, gaining valuable experience along the way. As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Child offers comprehensive services to promote the health and well-being of her patients. Graduating from the University of Chicago with her medical degree, Dr. Child went on to work as a clinical pediatric instructor for medical students and pediatric residents at both the University of Illinois in Chicago and the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. She previously served as the chairperson of pediatrics at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage and as the elected secretary for the Alaska Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
With her wealth of knowledge and compassionate demeanor, Dr. Child provides the highest quality of health care through each phase of development, with services like vaccinations, chronic illness management and sick child visits, as well as annual school physicals.
