A reminder that our store, studios, and repair shop are open by appointment only, and curbside is available for store purchases with no appointment if you remain in your vehicle. Prolonged consultations require an appointment.

5/11/20 Update:
Good morning, everyone. Beginning this week we will begin allowing limited in-person appointments at our store and studios. Virtual lessons and curbside service will continue. Details below.
STORE:
Due to our limited building capacity, the store will remain closed to walk-ins. If you would like to browse the store or demo equipment, give us a call, and we will be happy to schedule you a time to do so.
The store will continue to offer curbside service - no appointment necessary. Simply give us a call when you arrive, and we will bring your items out to your vehicle.
LESSONS:
Lessons are available virtually via Skype or FaceTime, or in-person on a limited basis.
We will be scheduling a 30-minute break after every in-person student, to give our staff time to thoroughly disinfect the studio space. We are asking that students limit their party to 3 people at this time.
Because of the additional time requirement, there will be significantly fewer in-person time slots available, so be sure to call early to book your spot.
We hope these changes will allow us to serve our students and customers as safely as possible. Please reach out to us at (903) 297-2096 if you have any questions or concerns.

A revision regarding lessons:
We have been informed by the city that we may continue offering in-person private lessons on a one-on-one basis.
We will continue to stagger booking to allow for staff to disinfect equipment between sessions.
We are asking that students wait in their vehicles until they are called in at their lesson time, and, while parents are welcome to attend with their child, we are asking that students refrain from bringing friends and family along to their sessions.
Virtual lessons are still taking place via Skype or FaceTime, so if you get to feeling restless at home, give us a call!

We have received a number of messages requesting an update to our availability. We are currently welcoming walk-ins to the store for purchases. Certain services (repairs, bids, appraisals, or other prolonged consultations) may still require an appointment, depending on the staff available at the time of your inquiry.
Appointments will be given priority over walk-ins, though we will do our best to accommodate you. We do ask that customers refrain from social calls and, “coming by to hang out,” as we are limiting the number of people in the store at one time, and must give priority to students and appointments.

This week, we will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Appointments are available for layaway pickup on Christmas Eve, but the store will be closed, and no lessons will be given on that day.
