In this picture the patient came to us with chronic periodontal gum disease. All her upper teeth had to be removed. Dental implants were placed throughout her upper jaw. This patient had a mouth full of crowns and bridges placed years ago, but they were failing due to decay and gum disease. Working with a gum surgeon, we placed dental implants. We then restored his mouth with a fixed (non-removable) hybrid prosthesis and implant bridges. This created a strong, functional, and aesthetic smile.
