We'd like to introduce you to Bliss!
Bliss has been in the pet industry for over 10 years, beginning in the doggy daycare sector. From there, she was looking for something different while still remaining in the industry. Bliss has been with Bentley’s Pet Stuff for 4.5 years and is the Team Lead at the Parker location. She enjoys being able to see pets every day and bringing her own Border Collies with her to work. "Helping customers with their pets and seeing how much we can truly do with nutrition is the highlight of the job for me," she says, "It's very rewarding when someone comes back and tells you that something is actually working, and to hear that relief in their voice."
In her personal time, the pups take priority! They enjoy going on hikes, frequenting dog parks, and generally hanging around outdoors to get all that BC energy out. At 13, 12, and 9 years old, her herders are still very active and healthy, and Bliss credits that to the natural lifestyle that Bentley's has made possible for her crew.

Carlie is a born Chicagoan. She has worked at Bentley's for 4 years. Carlie has two dogs, two turtles and too many fish to count. She hopes to expand more into pet nutrition within the years to come. In Carlie’s spare time she enjoys making dog leashes and collars for shelters.
Being a strong woman in the workplace for Carlie means being compassionate to those around her and thriving in a work environment where she encourages not only herself but others to truly express themselves and speak openly about issues and struggles; standing up for what she believes in. When asked how she feels about working at a company created by a woman and run mostly by women she said, “It speaks volumes for a woman to feel the confidence to open their own business. It's even more powerful when that business is thriving as well. Knowing that this company started with one woman and an idea, makes me feel like I could have the chance to do the same. It's like Lisa is paving the way for those of us in this company or those that are around her and hear the amazing things she has accomplished.”
