Over the past few months, we’ve seen a tremendous increase in our incoming call volume. So much that we outgrew our current phone system. If you’ve called recently and gotten a message that our voicemail box is full, you know what we’re talking about.
In order to fix this, we are transitioning to a new phone system on Thursday, Sept. 10th. Our phone number will remain the same and you won’t notice much of a difference. We don’t expect any downtime during the switch over, but your wait time may be a little longer while we tweak some settings. Please be patient with us as we settle in to the new process.
This will change our texting capability to a new phone number. If you would like to text us for any reason, please now text us at 773-725-1830. We monitor this during business hours, but please call us if you’re having an emergency.
