I hope this message finds everyone well. Please note that the governor Lee has extended the executive order to limit dental procedures to emergency only until May 6.
Per Governor Lee, until April 30, dentists must only see emergency patients. Non-emergency dental care is not allowed to be provided.
If you are experiencing a dental emergency, call 615-449-3222 for directions to reach our emergency line. You will be able to speak to a dentist, and we are caring for emergency patients as needed.
You may call 615-449-3222 to leave a message for scheduling, billing, or other general needs, and your call will be returned within a few days.
We attempted to reach all patients who were scheduled between now and April 30. All appointments between now and then have been cancelled. We will be in touch with you to reschedule.

Porter Dentistry will maintain hours to see emergency patients on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:00am-12:00pm. You may call 615-449-3222 to leave a message for scheduling, billing, or other general needs, and your call will be returned on Monday or Thursday mornings. Porter Dentistry will remain open. We will be maintaining CDC and OSHA standards for cleaning and infection control, but need to take extra precautions at this time. Please call to reschedule your appointment if you have a fever, cold symptoms, any sort of cough, or if you have been in contact with a sick person. Please bring as few people to your appointment with you as possible. Only patients, or one parent with a patient who is a minor will be allowed in the treatment area.
