DO NOT SUBMIT EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ONLINE. THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
Qualified emergencies include: fire, flood, toilet overflowing or not working, plumbing leaks, standing water in sink or tub, gas fumes or odor, no utilities, no hot water, fridge or freezer not working, no parking lot lights (all, not just one), no corridor lights (all, not just one), oven or range not working, smoke alarm chirping or not turning off, resident lock out, broken lock, police call, and/or noise complaints.
Decorate a pumpkin, take a picture of it in front of our office, and send it to our office to be in the running for not only a gift card (1st place: $200, 2nd place: $100, 3rd place: $50), but a grand prize of a 65" smart TV (provided to us by AT&T)!
We'll judge your photo based on the amount of likes you get when we post it on October 24 until October 30! See more details below.
