Ali and Marc Neal purchased their first two Positive Spin locations in September of 2012. Their goal was to create an environment that would make their customers feel at home, welcomed and comfortable while doing a necessary, and sometimes, daunting chore. Both Ali and Marc have spent at least the last decade, (Ali 10 years, and Marc 20 years) working in the public sector. Both have a strong belief in customer service, as well as, how to cultivate a positive working environment for their employees. They believe customers have a choice when it comes to using a product or service. The service provider should want to provide the best possible service to their customers. Laundry is not done once; it is done over and over again. The intent is to create a relationship that lasts and strengthens over time, so people want to return. Already, the Neals have formed friendships with customers that the Neals' truly value. "Our belief is that if something in the experience goes wrong or not so well for the customer, we will make it right."
