Today is World Mental Health Day, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.

Potomac Valley is now open to outside visitation!!! Please understand that there are strict criteria that must be followed to ensure the safety of your loved ones. I know it is hard, but you will be expected to stay 6 feet away from your loved one (as marked with red tape in the top picture). Only 2 people are allowed per visit. If you have more than 2 people wanting to visit you will need to speak with the Activities Department about multiple visits. You will be asked a list of screening questions, temperature taken, asked to sanitize and required to wear a face mask at all time.

Koppal with Community Angel Nursing Services saw my post about asking for donations to ensure our residents had the best possible Christmas during these unforeseen times.
