To our loyal customers of Powell Insurance Agency, we understand that there is much uncertainty for you currently with the ever developing COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, we are considered an essential business and can remain open. We are trying to do our part in “social distancing” and we hope that you are too. If you have been in our office, you know our desks are several feet apart and in different rooms. We want to be able to assist you with your insurance needs as best as possible. However, we do ask a few things from you. A lot of things may be able to be completed over the phone. This includes payments (except cash). Please call us first. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm M-F. If you are ill, do not come in. Likewise, if any of my employees get ill, they will remain home. DO NOT SEND CHANGE OF VEHICLE OR COVERAGES VIA FACEBOOK. I want to speak verbally to our insured to bind coverages. If you having difficulty reaching us by phone, our e-mail addresses are listed. Please send us a note and we will call you back.
