I am a nutritionist in the Quad Cities (cities along the Mississippi river bordering Iowa and Illinois) passionate about helping people feel their best. This includes weight loss, energy nutrition, getting stronger, anti-aging, lifestyle habits that stick and much more. Let me help you feel great! I’m in my 50s and know the margin for error is smaller now. My health is an asset. There’s no better time than now to invest in it.
I encourage people to focus on just a few habits at a time. If you focus on doable changes, making the changes FUN, you CAN make an impact on your health that sticks. All it takes is being strategic with what you do. Have fun while you are at it! You want to do this for a lifetime, enjoy it!
