And then consider how daily life in a Senior Lifestyle community includes great dining, 24/7 security, home maintenance, access to wellness, and opportunities to stay connected with adventure right outside your door. In the comments, share what brings spark to your daily life.
A little inspiration makes it a day. A song, a bird in flight, laughter, a good book – what will turn your head today? We like to think that life in a Senior Lifestyle community means keeping your eyes open for inspiration. In the comments, share your thoughts about who or what inspires you.

This month's HEART Hero is our very own third-shift CNA, Ambera. She's here with our seniors during the night time hours, providing care and sense of security. Ambera has been working at Prairie Green since July 2019. She has worked as a home care aide since 2007. She served in the US Army active duty from 1995-1998. Ambera graduated from South Suburban College in 2002 with an AAS in Criminal Justice.
She enjoys making a difference in the lives of our residents every day. Ambera saw a captivating poem during her childhood years that has been a standard for her work ethic ever since. It said, "If a task is once begun, never leave it till it's done; be the labor great or small, do it well or not at all."
Thank you, Ambera, for all you do and for choosing Prairie Green as your career destination. Congratulations on being our Fall HEART Hero!
We appreciate the support of residents, their families and our staff in adapting to the rigorous sanitization routines that make all of us as safe as possible. Who’s keeping you safe? Tell us about them in the comments.
Last week’s Halloween Contest was spooktacular! Thank you to the employees and staff that made it a success for our residents to enjoy!
