It is a steak (or chicken) with pineapple, onions and peppers, and a side of plantain fries.
Our staff tried it and went nuts about it. They said it captures the Caribbean vibe, especially if paired with a Piña Colada.
Now is your turn to try it and let us know what you think... If you like it, we'll keep it If you don't then we'll try again.
