This was an outdoor space a client wanted. We drew it up, did some space planning, and then completed a 3D model that let them know what everything would feel like when we completed the construction. They started the process, knowing exactly what the end-goal was... and so did our whole team. So the results, while phenomenal, did not surprise us because we knew where we were going from the get-go. Now they love their space and enjoy their wonderful view more than before.

"Ask to see the card"
Did you know that any home building or remodeling work over $10,000 hired out in the state of Alabama must be performed by a licensed homebuilder? A simple way to stay above board, to avoid costly rework, and to prevent unlicensed building is to simply ask your contractor to show you their card. Homebuilders renew their licenses every year and the Alabama Homebuilders Licensure Board sends out these handy license cards to prove that a builder or remodeler holds a license in good standing with the state. Save yourself some headache and ask the remodelers you're interviewing to 'show you their card.'

By partnering with the best trade contractors, like Alabama Homescapes who helped us detail this porch project, we’ve consistently delivered high-end, precise remodeling projects since 1997.
We posted a few progress pictures of this exterior renovation last year and the client's have been enjoying their space since we finished. But we are just now getting around to taking the After photos. Here is a preview, showing the progress pic from 2020 and a hint of the space we will feature when we get the After photos back from the photographer. And I assure you, her photos will be much better than this dark one I took with my phone!
