As we start a new year, we wanted to share about some blessings that happened at the end of 2020! Each Christmas, we have provided a special event for moms involved in our programs. The past few years, we have also received boxes of non-perishable food from West End Assembly of God. We are so grateful for these donations each year!
This year, we also received funds from generous donors and a matching grant from the USANA Foundation, that provided a hot, Christmas meal for 15 families, (72 people!) (Leah, from PRC staff, is pictured below with Teresa, from USANA, and Valerie, with the catering team from Publix!) A big THANK YOU to all of our donors to the Merry Meals project, Teresa Meadows, with the USANA Foundation- for their matching grant, Publix catering, and all who gave of their time and resources to bless these families over the holidays! ❤️
We will miss this very special lady who shared so much of life in many ways with us and those we serve.
It was a joy to serve with her each and everyday. Our love and prayers are with her family.
