Premier Homes of the Carolinas has a number of model homes for you to visit, as well as hundreds of engineered plans from which to choose, all of which can be modified and customized. We encourage our clients to consider existing plans because the design and engineering costs have already been incurred and the client can often see a finished product and will be comfortable knowing exactly what the home will look like.
However, at Premier Homes of the Carolinas, we understand that our clients may want a custom designed plan for their new home or commercial project. So, if you truly want a one of a kind home, we encourage you to bring pictures, magazine clippings, color choices, and other ideas to help us create the ideal design/build project to meet your needs.
Premier Homes of the Carolinas provides a one year builder warranty after the Certificate of Occupancy is issued as well as a warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
