For more than two decades, David Karat has pursued a career in property management. He began buying properties at age 19, and by age 25, he had acquired more than 100 units, primarily comprised of multifamily properties of 6 to 15 units. Currently, he serves as president of Enfield, Connecticut-headquartered Premier Property Management, a company that manages more than 900 condominium units throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. In his leadership role with Premier Property Management, David Karat handles all daily operations, including, tenant relations, financial planning, and accounting.
In addition to his responsibilities with Premier Property Management, Dave Karat supports a number of charitable causes in his community, among them the Johnson Memorial Cancer Center in Enfield. Dave Karat also belongs to a several professional organizations, including All Property Management, a nationwide directory of reputable property managers.
