Premier Self Storage is very proud to announce that we are one of the sponsor’s for the Building a Dream playground project at Camp Agawam in Orion Township.
Premier is reaching out to all our contacts to help ensure that the community build project is a success.
As a member of the Orion Township/Lake Orion community we feel it is our obligation to aid and participate with community projects and this event requires a few helping hands to assist in building and organizing a planned new playground at Camp Agawam.
Orion Township is looking for 150 more volunteers for the "build day', which is on Saturday October 6, 2018 at Camp Agawam. Volunteers will assist in building or help with other on-site organizing tasks to make this dream playground a reality for the children in a single day! Pre-build help is needed in the days leading up to the fun event too.
With enough volunteer support, this is the type of community that you will definitely get more out of it than you will put into it. The satisfaction of seeing this dream, which was designed by children in the Orion community, alone is worth even just a few hours effort.
Food, entertainment, and kids activity stations will be provided on the build day If you are interested or know someone who may be interested in lending a helping hand even for a short time on the 'build-day', then please follow the link below:

About the Job:
The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Property Manager, and will perform all routine and indoor/outdoor maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the properties. We are looking for a dedicated, self-starter with excellent people skills and work integrity to work within close team.
Qualifications:
• Current, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation a must
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in property management maintenance
• Customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with customers/tenants
• Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require outdoor work
• Comfortable with professional verbal and written communications
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable and focused; ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
