Good morning loves!! Heads up! I’ve signed a lease for our new point of sale systems at the Iron Works locations! In this, if you have rewards, please go use them before next Friday to be safe. Once I switch systems there is no way for me to pull your points up for rewards. I know this might cause a little discourse, but let me explain. My current system costs me over $800 a month to use their service (platform and gateway fees). Yes! $800 just to take credit cards 👀
Our new system is just over a $100 (platform fees) and does so much more for me and you!! There is an app that you can check for your reward points 😃😃😃 Oh did I mention it pulls and pays my taxes too 🤪🤪🤪 and for any business owner that’s the biggest up sell you can ever get 😂😂😂
I’ll be posting reminders every other day or so and will notify everyone when I install them at the stores.

Your purpose isn’t as important as the timing of your purpose! ❤️ That message hit me hard in church yesterday when I thought back to 2 kitchens I’ve built out yet couldn’t use. Why couldn’t I? Because it wasn’t in Gods timing. I look back at Shark Tank auditions and getting accepted only to reject the offer to go on the show. Why because it wasn’t in Gods timing.
In November my heart was so heavy! I missed my team and I missed my brand and mostly engaging my customers and I took a leap of faith! All I could hear from the man upstairs was ITS TIME! Lean on me! I will take you there!!
I have grinded for four years to make this announcement! Raising my children as a single mama, working a corporate job to save save and save to make this a reality for my beautiful Prep Cakes Family which includes everyone of my customers!
Well today I got the key to the building and submitted my state permit to operate. My contractor will get in as soon as it’s approved, and I’m putting together my equipment order!
I’m hopeful to be open within a month or two!
This brings so many happy tears to my eyes!
