Floss or floss pick? Is one better than the other?
Both have been approved by the American Dental Association due to their efficacy in removing plaque between teeth and helping to prevent and reduce gingivitis. The key with either option is to get the floss up against the tooth and underneath the gum line to remove any hidden plaque build up. Make sure you rinse or wipe away any food debris or plaque before you move to the next tooth. π
