It's hard to believe that a year ago I locked the doors to my restaurants and left work after emptying our coolers full of food. I drove home with a tear in my eye, wondering what would be next. Next for my staff, myself, and my family. Everyone who depended on me was asking “are we going to be ok and will we reopen,” and all I could say was "don’t worry - we are going to make it.” That is what we do, we roll up our sleeves, we grind it out, and we get to work. Thanks to our loyal customers and dedicated staff we have done just that. I look forward to the challenges and opportunity that 2021 is going to undoubtedly bring.
