Pride Martial Arts Academy has designed a multi-disciplined curriculum to suit your needs! We blend Muay Thai Kick boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Traditional Tae Kwon-Do to give you a contemporary view of what the martial arts look like. We offer classes to children and adults ages 4 and up, and offer classes every day of the week! Our Champions program is designed for ages 3 -6 and comprised of age-appropriate character development that teaches lessons like respect, confidence, and team work! Our Juniors program, designed for children ages 7-12, offers fitness and fun to create habits of a healthy lifestyle. We teach respect and self-discipline through real life situations (like bullying) and show our students how to be a positive role-model in and out of The Academy. We educate all of our children on stranger safety, and how to effectively deal with a stranger! We make children safe and can make your child safe. Our Teen / Adult Program, is comprised of teenagers and adults ages 13 and up.If you're looking to run on a treadmill, you're in the wrong place. But, if you're looking for a mental and physical workout that will not only help you burn up to 800 calories in our 45 minute class, but will make you feel great and accomplished afterwards then you'll love this!
