In my industry I see many teenager injuries as a result of over worked immature bodies from playing in “all year round sports”.
This mandatory sport shutdown will actually be a good thing for our young athletes to have some rest and recovery time for their bodies. Although this sport shutdown is unfortunate, this is a great time for parents to get re-acquainted with their kids at home.

Well I have been busy developing some talks that we think would make you go Hmmmm? Saying to yourself, maybe I should sit on that one?
The first series title is "The Real Cause of Lower Back Pain – Why Some Doctors Are Missing The Cause"
This talk is designed to help you understand the logic on what really can cause lower back pain. This is not a talk about a single treatment solution that fit's all, but a talk about what is overlooked so often on finding the cause of lower back pain. This is an educational series and not designed to sign people up for anything.
We have scheduled 4 consecutive short talks (design for 30 minutes) at STAPLES in Brea and Yorba Linda. What? At Staples you say? Some Staples stores have developed a community talk room in the back of their stores and we have booked the rooms in the Brea and Yorba Linda Staples stores.

Well one of my goals for 2020 was to be more involved in social media...…..and it's time! I had no bias nor did I take a stand for nor against any ideology......I simply was side tracked with my busyness in my practice.
Patients and friends have asked us why we stopped our Chiropractic office educational videos we did a couple years ago? I simply let busyness get in the way and now its time to contribute back to my friends, patients and to members of my community.
So I started by diving in and we scheduled a series of talks for the people in my community...…...see the next posts for details!
