We finally got the electricity restored.
Funny how we take electricity for granted.
This little bugger was the culprit. And of course it is my nature to take it apart to see what went wrong. She did her job for over 40 years and the time has come to replace her. Thank you for your service little switch.
We have to shut down operations until Thursday, July 30,2020. We apologize for the inconvenience. The safety of my staff and customers is too important to risk.
The main breaker that feeds our electrical panel has failed do to age and heat. It needs to be replaced. We are currently waiting for National Grid to kill the power so we can replace the breaker. All calls have been routed to our cell phones so please feel free to call and schedule work that you may need.
We are here for you Rhode Island!
Primary Care Auto Repair is still open as an essential business. We are open because we support Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Fire Fighters, Police, Military, Government employees, other essential personnel, and anyone in our community who needs reliable transportation to care for themselves, family, friends, and neighbors.
We work to keep you safe on the road, to support our community, to support other small businesses. Because it matters. Because you matter.
All of us here at Primary Care Auto are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe by locking down our building. We have a no contact drop off and pick up policy in place. We even disinfect your vehicle before we give it back to you. We also are offering free pick up and drop off for approved repairs.

We Are Open
For you. For your family. For your neighbors. Why? Why do we train? Why do we sanitize, wear gloves, monitor team health, and keep the shop clean to serve our community?
We are open because we support Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Fire Fighters, Police, Military, Government employees, other essential personnel, and anyone in our community who needs reliable transportation to care for themselves, family, friends, and neighbors.
We work to keep you safe on the road, to support our community, to support other small businesses. Because it matters. Because you matter.
We’re here helping those who help our community. And we are here to help you. Let us know how we may assist.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Roy & The Team
