Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for selling mortgage products to consumers throughout the Southeastern United States that have an interest in obtaining a home loan. Highly engaged leads and inbound calls are provided. There is no cold calling. You will work with the consumer from the first phone call until the end of the transaction ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Over time you will learn the different rules, regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
Compensation
Once licensed you will be paid a base salary plus commission based on closed loan volume. PRMI offers a great benefits plan that includes: Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401k, and Life Insurance.
