On Tuesday, Prime Management disseminated a 123-page re-opening plan to all of its clients that was created to assist communities evaluate the re-opening process and develop a strategy. The report includes risk assessments, obstacles to success and specific recommendations for consideration in areas of facilities, amenities, employment, meeting protocols, social/fitness activities and more. We included recommendations on signs, personnel, cleaning protocols and referenced various CDC, OSHA, WHO and other organizations for best practices and guidance.
