Meet Nicole Bangasser! This is Nicole’s first year on the Fire & Ice committee and we are so excited to have her! Nicole has been a vital part of our social media and logistics subcommittees. Day-to-day, you can find her as the Vice President of Marketing and Community Involvement along with Senior Loan Originator at PrimeSource Funding - Mankato MN, this year's presenting sponsor of Fire & Ice.
Her favorite social distancing activity has been enjoying time crafting on her patio and boating with her husband. Nicole and her family have also recently found a joy for family game nights during quarantine. The thing she is most looking forward to once things go back to “normal” is going to loan closings for her job because she loves being there for her clients’ big day!

One of Sarah Padgett's favorite recipes makes us think of warmer weather, perfect light pick me up to shake off the winter blues.
Cucumber Salad
Combine ½ c. sour cream, 1 Tbsp. white vinegar, 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill, 1 tsp. sugar, ½ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. garlic powder. Stir until combined.
Add 3 c. thinly sliced peeled cucumbers and 1 c. thinly sliced red onion.
Stir to combine; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
The Mankato and Rochester offices have been hard at work closing over 39 loans for the first week of our Toys for Tots drive. Throughout the entire month, we will be donating a toy per closing to our Toys for Tots drive.
