We are making sure we are doing our best to keep everyone safe!
This week our Preschool students have been focusing on living and non-living things. Our Preschool 1 students participated in a scavenger hunt. The children searched for photos and objects of living and non-living things. Great job, Preschool!

Our friend Molly loves to count! At Primrose, we understand that a positive early experience with math is important. That’s why we make it fun and incorporate it into everyday classroom activities. Learn more about how we teach math: https://bit.ly/2RNP2yS #primrosefamily #primrosenwokc
This morning our Preschool students practiced working on their large motor skills in a multi-step Thumbs Up activity. Each student had to jump with both feet into the next hula hoop. Great job, Preschool!
What a gorgeous day outside! Happy first day of Fall!
Happy national chef’s day to our most favorite chef, Mrs. Cummings! Thank you for all that you do for all our children each day!
During Wonder Time in our Toddler classroom, we brought out Benjamin the Bear. Together we discussed the season Fall and how the leaves begin to change during this time. We also worked with our experience cards, in which we were able to see different colors of leaves and trees. Then practiced adding seeds to our shakers to listen to the different sounds they make.
Today, in our infant classroom, we practiced putting the rings on and taking them off the stand for Wonder Time. We also talked about the different sizes, textures, and colors of the rings. We are achieving milestones every day, great job infants!
The Pumpkin Decorating Contest starts today Monday, October 19th! This is for our families and staff to decorate pumpkins at home and bring them to school! The photo with the most "likes" by Friday, October 23rd at 5:30pm will be our winner!
Orange you glad it’s almost Friday! 🍊🧡 🍊
Happy Birthday, Katie the Cat! 🧡🐈
It’s a beautiful day and we have some paintings to share with you! Check out your artists’ creative work!
Dear Families, each year millions of American families are left without food to eat. As Thanksgiving approaches, these families depend on organizations such as St. Vincent De Paul to provide Thanksgiving meals to them.
This November, we have the opportunity to involve ourselves and our children in being of service to others through our exclusive Caring and Giving Food Drive. We ask that you bring in canned food and non perishable food items for your child's class.
At Primrose, Election Day is the opportunity to show the students the value of democracy and citizenship while educating them on the importance of voting. The students get to see first-hand how voicing their opinions at the ballot box translates into real-life results by choosing a presidential Primrose Friend mascot!
Our students had such a great time voting! We hope today’s event will become a conversation topic with our students and their families at the dinner table today.
Thank you Ms. Samer for all your hard work!
Our Primrose Election Day takes place tomorrow. Our candidates are Percy and Mia, two of our Primrose Friends. At Primrose, we teach students about giving back to the local community. Voting is a great way for each of them to give back and understand how respectfully voicing their opinion can have real-life results. Polls close at 11am!
Thanks to Ms.Samer for all her hard work!
Tomorrow is Election Day!
Your child may wear red, white, and blue tomorrow! (no uniforms required).
What a busy few days the students in Primrose School of Blue Valley have had.
In Early Preschool 2, for their Wonder Time 2, Early Art Masters, the students enjoyed stretching to music while laying down on paper to create their drawing.
In Prekindergarten 2, the students discussed what they saw during their book walk for their Literacy Group Activity.
Great Job Early Preschool and Pre- Kindergarten.
❤
