Our curriculum focus this month is all about how people are alike and different. We learn this through exploring similarities and differences in the people from our world. Our Toddlers enjoyed building things they see in the community, pretending to be someone in their family, drawing people they know and building vocabulary with books, songs and experience cards.
Our friend Katie® is a curious cat who is interested in people's lives. She's polite and fun to be around, helping children learn how to share and care for each other. Read how to encourage your little one to share: https://www.primroseschools.com/blog/3-tips-to-help-your-child-learn-to-share/

Our students and staff pulled out all the stops as two well-known Primrose candidates vied for the title of the presidential Primrose Friend mascot. Our Explorers and some PK friends helped prepare election materials and even campaigned in the voting classrooms. Students voted for Percy the Rooster or Mia the Mouse as their Primrose Friend mascot, during which students showed voter I.D. cards, cast their ballots and also voted for their afternoon snack. There was a ballot count, recount and acceptance speech. Congratulations Mia!
