Congratulations to the Welter family on being the Family of the Month during the month of October! Laura and Tony have two children who attend Primrose. Evelyn, who is 3 years old, is in our Preschool classroom. And Josephine, who is turning 5 on October 8th, is in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. The Welters enjoy traveling, especially to see family in North Dakota and Texas. Although, traveling somewhere warm with a pool, is definitely up there as well! They also enjoy spending time as a family in their garden, planting seeds and picking vegetables. We are so blessed to have you as a part of our Primrose family!

Our students had a blast celebrating a fun spirit week at school earlier this month. We dressed in comfy pajamas. We had some crazy hair styles 😜. We dressed up as our favorite Disney and Superhero characters. And we celebrated the first Vikings football Sunday! I think it is safe to say, they had an amazing time!

Congratulations to the Thaden family for being our Family of the Month for September! Chris and Maggie have two children who currently attend Primrose and one who has graduated from Primrose. Mae is 15 months old and is in our Young Toddler classroom. Henry is 4 years old and in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. And Ruby, who is 7, graduated from Primrose a few years ago! The Thaden's love to travel, go hiking, and exploring all around MN. They also enjoy family bike rides to the local bakery. We are so blessed to have you as a part of our Primrose family!
The Primrose School of Chanhassen will be closed Friday, October 16th, for a staff in-service day. We will reopen with our regular hours of operation on Monday, October 19th. We hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend!

Wednesday, November 11th is Veterans Day. In honor of all the men and women who have served and continue to serve this country, students and staff can wear Red, White and Blue to show their support, if they so choose. We would like to say thank you for your service!
Our Pre-K students learned about being good citizens and the right to vote. Our students participated in their first school election. The students had a decision to make on who they wanted as their class President. Will it be Percy the Rooster? Will it be Mia the Mouse? After all the votes were tallied, our school President is...Mia the Mouse. Mia the Mouse teaches us that good citizenship is defined as the quality of an individual’s behavior as a citizen. It is social responsibility in action! "Being a good citizen means treating people and their belongings with respect"
Even though we couldn't have our annual Parade of Costumes this year, our students had a blast celebrating a week long Halloween spirit week at school! We wore spooky jammies, and had crazy hair and socks. We wore orange and black. And to celebrate Halloween, we got to wear our costumes at school all day long! They had an amazing week of fun dress up days!
Congratulations to the Gustafson family for being our Family of the Month for November! Adrienne and Jeff have 1 child who attends Primrose. Maddison, who is 3 years old, is in our Preschool classroom. The Gustafson's love to spend time up at the cabin and around the lake. Maddison's favorite book is the "Tickle Monster". One thing the Gustafson's love to do as a family, is to have epic Disney dance parties at home! Maddison definitely has the best dance moves!
During the month of October, we turned Tuesdays into Pink Out Days where students and staff could dress in pink to help bring awareness to Breast Cancer Month!
Og’s Bountiful Book Drive is off to a fast start! The Primrose School of Chanhassen has collected 102 books in the first week already! Help us reach our goal of 400 books donated by the end of the month. We thank all of you in advance for your generosity! 📚🐛❤️
Our students had so much fun wearing their favorite sports team apparel while they cast their pick on who they thought would win Super Bowl LV. Our Preschool and Pre-K students each picked a team they thought would win and the results are in! Stay tuned to see if our students predicted the correct winner!
To celebrate Super Bowl weekend and the end of the football season, students and staff can wear their favorite football team apparel on Friday! Who are you rooting for? Kansas City Chiefs or Tampa Bay Buccaneers? Or just excited for a good and entertaining game?
Congratulations to the Garudammagari family on be our Family of the Month for February! Rakesh and Vijaya have 2 children who attend Primrose. Nivaan, who is 2 years old, is in our Early Preschool classroom. And Disha, who is 3 years old (almost 4!), is in our Preschool classroom. The Garudammagari's chose Primrose because of our standards and core values we maintain and promote with our students. They enjoy spending as much family time as possible together.
