"Hello! We are the Raypole Family: Mike, Robin, Cassidy (2), our two corgis (Norman and Taylor), as well as a cat who adopted us (Simon). Mike and I are both originally from northern Indiana (go Hoosiers!) but have been in the Louisville area for about 10 years. We love that spring comes a little earlier and fall lasts a little longer down here. As a family, we spend our free time visiting the Zoo and Science Center as well as taking lots of walks in our neighborhood looking for "yellow flowers" (dandelions). Lately, our TV has
been playing some version of Moana or Frozen basically on a loop. Cassidy has had wonderful experiences at both Primrose's here in town – starting off at Old Henry and moving to East Louisville a little over a year
ago. After each day she tells us she "played with her teachers and her friends" with a big smile on her face. Thank you, Primrose family, for being so wonderful! It's been great having you help shape the little girl our Cassidy is growing into."

It’s that time of year again at the Primrose School of East Louisville! Please take a moment to see all of the amazing pumpkins our teachers created this year! The teachers who’s pumpkin receives the most votes will receive a gift card! Votes will be counted until Friday at 6 pm.
You also have the ability to bid on these beautiful pumpkins until Thursday at noon. The highest bidder will receive their pumpkin to take home this Friday. All of the proceeds will be given to our sunshine committee to help spoil our teachers throughout the year!

“Hi! We’re the James family: Alex, Jessica, Ella (3) and Amelia (1). Alex and Jessica are from Louisville but met in Lexington while attending the University of Kentucky. We started dating during pharmacy school and married in 2014, shortly after moving back to Louisville. We welcomed our
first daughter, Ella, in 2017. She loves the color pink, Disney princesses and playing with her mom’s makeup! Amelia joined us in 2019 and loves anything that involves being outside. As a family we enjoy taking walks to the neighborhood playground and Friday movie nights!
Ella started at Primrose in August 2018 and Amelia recently joined this August! We have enjoyed our time here and both girls have learned so much. We are incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people taking care of our girls!”

Here at Primrose we offer scholarships to Teachers to complete their CDA (Child Development Associate Certificate). It takes several hours of training, planning, implementation, and more!
We want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Chef Cox! She just completed her Renewal for her CDA! We are so proud of her and all the other teachers working towards this amazing goal!
