Our Primrose Friend Benjamin the Bear teaches children to be aware of the weather. Rain, sun or snow, the class discusses what they see outside, then dresses Benjamin in the appropriate clothes for the day.
Today during our Project Time we had fun learning about living things and non-living things! We also learned about the parts of a plant and how a Blue Bonnet is our state flower and drew our own!
Pumpkin patches, apple picking and falling leaves — fall is here and there are endless ways to celebrate! Check out our Fall Family Bucket List: https://www.primroseschools.com/blog/fall-family-bucket-list/

I am the Explorers teacher at Primrose School of Grand Peninsula. I am a student at Dallas County Community College District and have been working with children for little over five years now and have enjoyed every moment. Fueling their curiosity and wonder is why I love to teach and answering their many questions about the world around them inspires me. I strive to become a great teacher by learning from them everyday. If I could teach a child one thing, it would be to be nice to each other. Our world needs to be filled with love and kindness. Teaching at Primrose has been a positive experience because the Balanced Learning Approach really sets this school apart. It’s my favorite technique & it shows superiority in how awesome the kids are once they leave Primrose!
Congratulations Ms. Johnson on being Apple of our Eye!

To conclude our Celebrating Cultures Week we had yummy pizza for lunch and learned about Italy!
Celebrating Cultures is a part of our Balanced Learning that’s offered exclusively to our Primrose families. We love how culturally diverse our Primrose family is and we loved learning about your families through your posters and seeing everyone dressed up to showcase their cultures!
