They also reviewed units of measurement and worked in pairs to accurately measure the ingredients to ensure just the right amount of fizzle as the bombs dissolve. #primroselincoln
Apparently yesterday’s lunch was a massive hit 🤷🏼‍♀️ We’ve had a few inquiries about our “recipe” for these scrumptious little flatbreads, so we’ll let the cat out of the bag. It’s so easy, even those who don’t consider themselves a professional Chef can whip these up in a jiffy. -1 pita -nut-free pesto -grilled chicken -mozzarella -a little bit of love Bake at 350 until heated through in the oven and that’s it!

Congratulations to the Crawford’s for being February family of the month: Hello, we are the Crawford’s. Lindsay is a Deputy Chief Examiner of the Department of Insurance, responsible for financial solvency oversight of insurance companies doing business in NE, licensing of all insurance companies and collection of premium taxes. Pat is the Owner of Crawford Plumbing serving Lincoln and surrounding communities including residential and commercial service and new construction. What we like to do for fun.... COVID has put somewhat of a damper on this but we enjoy hanging out with our family (as you can see from the picture we have a few older children who come over often), family game nights, attending sporting events, camping, traveling, swimming in our pool, going for walks.... We chose Primrose not only for their educational philosophy but also for the positive culture. The Leadership team is welcoming and you can always count on them to have a smiling face, even during all of the challenges everyone has experienced over the past year. It is clear the team appreciates and cares about each family and their staff, and they go above and beyond to ensure this is known. The environment was especially important to me as a parent as I believe the culture and genuineness of the Primrose team has a large impact on the success of the education and care received by each one of the students.
Meet Miss Emily Cady, Lead Explorer Teacher 👩‍🏫. Emily’s favorite color is 💛, she loves to craft, read mystery and young adult books 📚, and dreams of traveling ✈️ to Paris 🇫🇷 one day! “I love the kids and families at Primrose. I also appreciate the support from leadership and the relationships I’ve made with other staff members!” Miss Cady’s favorite picture book is Love You Forever by Robert Munsch. Her parents read it to her when she was little so it holds a special place in her ❤️. There’s no shortage of fun in Miss Cady’s classroom because her kids ask the funniest questions! "I’ve had kids ask me if baby oil is made out of babies 😲 or if the leaf that got ripped in half will go to Heaven 😇.” Thank you, Miss Cady, for being a caring teacher who inspires lightbulb 💡moments every day!

Get to know Miss Michaela Kapperman, Toddler Teacher 👩‍🏫 at Primrose School of Lincoln. She’s mom to Briella, age 2️⃣ and Hayden, age 4️⃣, and loves spending time with them. She also enjoys 4-wheeling, camping 🏕, eating out at McDonald’s 🍔 and Buzzard Billy’s. It brings Miss Kapperman a lot of joy to see her Primrose kids really get into art 👩‍🎨 during Wondertime. She absolutely loves how messy everyone gets, the kids have a blast! Each day, the children walk in the door, are happy to be at school 🏫 and are excited to see Miss Kapperman, which validates the impact she’s making in their lives 👍. "I Love You As Big As The World" is Miss Kapperman's favorite picture 📚. Her children request it often, and cuddle up 🤗 as close as they can when she reads it, which fills her ❤️ with happiness! Miss Kapperman, our hearts are full of happiness because of all you do for the children at Primrose! Thank you 🙌 ❣️

Have you ever noticed at a certain age we stop playing and become more attuned to responsibilities and to things that need to get done? If you watch a child, you will notice the authenticity, vulnerability, laughter, tears, and pure joy that they indulge in. Being in the presence of a child you have the ability to be more present: watching their moves, conversations, humor, and most of all play. We can't wait for our new session beginning June 1st to have new explorers join the Primrose school. If you're interested, call to schedule a tour. June 1st will be here before you know it.
Probably one of the easiest workout routines you'll find. 💪 Here's hoping our mid-week dose of humor worked! 😅

Being 'life ready' means students leave high school with the grit and perseverance to tackle and achieve their goals by demonstrating personal actualization skills of self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness, responsible decision making, and relationship skills.
What a great day for our Explorers to learn about capillary action during their after-school STEAM lesson! (NOTICE: No leprechauns were harmed during this experiment) 🍀 #primroselincoln #STEAM #schoolage #science
They sure are busy little critters at night, aren't they? 🤣
☘️ Top of the mornin’ to ya! ☘️ We started our day with a staff appreciation breakfast, coloring with rainbow paint and green. Then the cutest pictures of our little PSWH students showing their spirit wearing green! ☘️ Happy St. Patrick’s day ☘️
Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. It helps the body and the mind work together. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. 🎼

Meet Toddler Teacher, Mrs Caitlin Jenkins, who’s favorite color is 💛. She lives with her husband Nick, one year-old son Walker, and 2 dogs 🐶🐕. When’s she’s not teaching, she enjoys going to the gym 🏋️‍♂️, reading 🤓, and eating sushi 🍣. Her favorite part during the day is ⭕️ time and Harmony & Hearts. Getting toddlers sit still for a short amount of time is a task 😜 but her kiddos absolutely love to sing 🎤 and dance 🕺 with all of their friends and teachers. "I am so proud to be able to say I am apart of the Primrose team, we truly hold ourselves to such a high standard, which young kids deserve early on!” Thank you, Mrs. Jenkins, for taking such good care of our Toddlers. We ❤️ YOU!
🐜 🐛 🕷 Creepy, crawly bug hunt, oh my! 🕷🐜🐛 Our Wonder classrooms today learned about bugs and the differences some might be. We searched for hidden bugs around the rooms, pretended to be a bug, imitated sounds, and read our favorite books about bugs. How fun as we begin to start to see them outside as it gets nicer. #primroselincoln #earlyeducation #creativethinking #finemotorskills
