Today was our Cultural Celebration Parade and what a fun way to learn about different countries and landmarks. Special thank you to all of our awesome teachers that put together some amazing accessories, flags and more!

This month we talked about respecting others, recognizing things that are alike and different, and we're closing out the month with a Cultural Celebration Day.
Each classroom was assigned a country/landmark to represent. They've made flags, costume accessories and things that symbolize their landmark. Hop on our Facebook page as we'll broadcast a live parade of our students and our celebration!
Monthly Mail Day was a blast! Thank you to everyone for your sweet letters to our friends, and thank you to our special mail carriers- you guys did awesome!
Today we remember those who were lost on 9/11/2001 for Patriot Day. The students enjoyed being extra patriotic reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and smiling with the American flag.
Planting our Fall Primrose Patch: Today our Preschool class enjoyed the cooler weather by visiting our Primrose Patch. The students planted vegetables like broccoli, cucumbers, corn, and tomatoes!
Today is Magical Pumpkin Seed Planting Day! This week students decorated their very own magical pumpkin seeds and today we planted them. If we're "lucky", these magical seeds could grow into beautiful pumpkins! We'll have to wait and see tomorrow- stay tuned!
This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! We had a blast throwing a Pink Out day to recognize those currently battling the disease, survivors, and those working towards a cure. Classes also worked together to create their own awareness ribbons.
The Scottsdale firefighters turned on their sirens for us this morning and the students were thrilled!
It’s National Fire Prevention Week! Today we had a special visit from the firefighters at Scottsdale Fire Department who drove by our playground and delivered us Junior Firefighter hats! Thank you!
The U.S. presidential campaign is in full swing. But did you know that we had an election of our own? Today we held our own special election for presidential Primrose Friend mascot! Mia and Percy went head to head as students, parents and teachers completed their ballots and dropped it in our voting booth.
While Election Day at Primrose isn’t about who wins or loses, we're excited to name Mia as today's winner as our Primrose Friend mascot!
BOO! What a great time we had today celebrating Spooky Season! The students got to dress up in their costumes, do some trick-or-treating, and walk in our Spooktacular Costume Parade. A special thank you to all of the teachers that dressed up and to the parents that tuned in virtually (and behind our playground fence). Happy Halloween!

SURPRISE! Our magical pumpkin seeds grew while we were sleeping and sprouted into beautiful little pumpkins! The students were thrilled to visit the Magical Pumpkin Patch and take their special pumpkins home.
Happy Groundhog Day! Today we made our own groundhog shadow crafts and our Pre-Kindergarteners got a special Zoom visit from ABC15 Arizona meteorologist, Jorge Torres. We learned about clouds, seasons, and even a fun rhyme for when we're stuck in thunderstorms- "when the thunder roars, stay indoors!" Thank you!
Wow! Our families filled up our mailbox today for Mail Day! Thank you so much for your special letters and to our awesome mail carriers.
Happy Friday! We kicked off 2021 with a fun-filled Spirit Week and had a blast! Thank you to everyone who dressed up and showed their school spirit with us!
Happy National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day! Students had so much fun putting together appreciation crafts for Phoenix and Scottsdale Police Departments. We wrapped up the week with a special visit from Officer Olivia and Officer DiPiazza. We’re thankful for their service and protection of our community! Thank you, Scottsdale Police Department and Phoenix Police Department!
We had so much fun getting into the holiday spirit today for Holiday Pajama Day! We’re so thankful for all of our families- happy holidays! 🎅🤶🎄✨⛄️❄️🥛🍪
It's noon and we're ready to declare the winner of our Holiday Door Decorating Contest. The votes are in and if you can believe it- we have a tie! Both with 83 total likes, Ms. Sanchez in Infants and Ms. Clark in Early Preschool 2 are this year's winners. Congratulations and thanks so much to all who voted!
